On the Team Registration page you are asked to complete the team registration form including team name and level; listing of coaches and trainer; team contact information plus your team roster list. When completed please hit submit at the bottom of the page.
 
Your team contact will receive an email as follows indicating that your team has been added to the Registration Pending list. As follows:

We are pleased to advise that your team has been added to the "Registration Pending" list for the 2019 Honda SEDMHA U13 AAA Hockey Tournament.

To complete your registration you must now forward via regular mail

1. Cheque made payable to the SEDMHA Tournament in the amount of $1200.00 CDN . Please pay within 10 days. Payment can also be made via Email please see instructions filed under Registration Details.

2. An officially approved copy of your team official roster obtained from your provincial / state Minor Hockey governing body

3, A valid travel permit

Once your cheque is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will receive a confirmation of this action via this email address.

PAYMENT
A cheque for payment in full MUST follow your ON-LINE registration within ten (10) business days. The Registration fees are as follows:   AAA U13              $1200
 
We do not accept a postdated cheque. All Fees are in CDN funds for all teams. US teams, please send a Canadian money order.

Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution
Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options
Select a recipient by entering an email address treasurer@sedmha.com

PAYMENT REFUNDS
 
Teams may withdraw for any reason up to and including November 15,  and full refunds will be given. After that time our ice bookings are committed and no refund will be given should you cancel your registration.  
 
TEAM ROSTERS & TRAVEL PERMITS
A copy of your signed "officially registered Team Roster approved by your Provincial (State)U13 AAA Hockey body” must be submitted. The tournament also requires a copy of your approved Travel Permit.
Once your cheque is received and cleared the registrar will confirm your registration and assign your team a tournament number. You will then receive an Acceptance email with a User name and Password. This confirmation email is sent to the team contact email address.

We are pleased to advise you that your team has been approved for the Honda SEDMHA U13 AAA Hockey Tournament. 

You are able to update your team list at any time up to November 30, using the user name and password listed above to "login". This team list will be used to sanction players for tournament play and in the tournament program. Please be aware that any additions (affiliates) or changes (registered members) to your team lists must be sanctioned by your provincial or state Minor Hockey body and must meet the tournament rules.

Please be aware that for travel purposes all teams will play their first game on Thursday, any time after 12 noon and that final championship games on Sunday are scheduled to begin as late as 3 pm .Schedules will not be finalized until mid November and will be available to you online at that time.

If you have not already done so we need a copy of your officially approved team registration form including your team registration from your provincial / state Minor Hockey governing body and a valid travel permit.

The Tournament Registration form will constitute the OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT TEAM ROSTER and cannot be changed without the consent of the Tournament Registrar.
 
ELIGIBILITY

Affiliated Players to a maximum of three are allowed. Affiliates are to replace players not coming to the tournament, not to bolster rosters. ie: If a team has 15 registered players all year they may only play with up to 15 players in the tournament.
 
Any player name that appears on the tournament registration form but does not appear on the Provincial / State registration forms must have proof of birth date, association affiliation, and normal playing level. 
 
Players not listed on the Tournament Registration form may not participate.  Registered players can play on one team only. 
 
A player/coach/team official may participate with one team only.
